Intro to spiritual development

You may want to develop your spiritual and psychic abilities for many reasons. Often it is a sense that the spiritual aspect of your life is unfulfilled. Perhaps you are very intuitive or have vivid dreams and you often have insights about friends and family, but when they ask for your intuition on something you feel unable to connect or you get nothing. You may have been aware of the spirit world for most of your life, perhaps from early childhood but you haven’t told anyone or known where to go to improve these abilities. In many cases there’s the sense of a calling or a vocation to help others. Sometimes it is through mysterious circumstances such as watching something on TV that piques your interest, a conversation or taking a personal interest in meditation, tarot, crystals or energy work.

But we can only go so far by ourselves.

You may have tried to teach yourself about mediumship or learn psychic skills from books or watching endless Youtube clips, often encountering conflicting or confusing advice, and only getting minor results.
Like anything that demands training to really excel, you can’t stand up and sing at the Royal Opera House having only taught yourself from a book or play a piano concerto publicly without a single lesson, like anything of value you need a guide, a teacher or mentor to get the best from you.
